Helping my clients find what thrills them is the best way I could spend my day! When I help you find clarity and ease in your life, guide you towards uncovering your authentic self, bring you peace and a growing business, that is exciting!
For thirty years I ran a successful career in the beauty industry and before that I had a business helping entrepreneurs start their dream businesses. All along the way I have been a painter who has exhibited locally and internationally.
In 2009 I became a certified Life Coach through Life Coaching Alliance and have continued with additional training through the Life Purpose Institute. I’m thrilled to be coaching now as I’m doing it through the very clear lens of life’s experiences.
It’s always been important to me to give back to the community so I’ve contributed my time by being on the founding Board of Berkeley Architectural Heritage Association, on the founding Board and President of Berkeley Together, a member of the Board of the Isadora Duncan Dance Foundations in New York City, a consultant to the Board of the One Act Theater Company in San Francisco, a member of the Board of the Berkeley City Club Conservancy and President of the international trade organization, the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. With the SPCP I helped set International standards and guidelines for what was then the new industry of cosmetic tattooing.
Through these experiences I’ve learned skills to help others develop plans for their lives and businesses.
As a lifelong resident of the San Francisco Bay Area I’m continuing to find balance and value in my own life.
